Having only the public spaces at the ground floor, this plan allows the kitchen to open directly to the rear yard, the dining area to be directly off the foyer and the main leisure area to be uniquely placed between the two. A powder room is directly off the foyer and the utility room opens to the kitchen. With all the bedrooms ion the second floor the master suite sleeping area is separated from the hallway by two doors. The two other bedrooms share a well designed bathroom.
The Norfolk - 1905 sq. ft.
In a basic "T" shape this home features all the public spaces at the ground floor and all the bedrooms above. With a dedicated foyer one enters a large flexible area enabling several different arrangements for dining and gathering. The kitchen is at the rear and connects directly to the rear porch and yard. The master suite is large and incorporates a his and hers closet area with a fully equiped master bath. The two other bedrooms share shar an oversized bath with two lavatories and a compartmentalized wet area.
The Cheshire - 1859 sq. ft.
This straighforwad design, affords the kitchen with a view of the rear yard and allows the gathering space, the dining area and the kitchen to ditectly access the rear covered porch. Bedroom #3 is also downstairs and shares its bath as a powder room function. The utility room opens into the kitchen as does the stair to the second floor. On the second floor we have the second bedroom as a suite and quite a large master suite with sitting area and dedicated his and hers closets. The Sussex - 2100 sq. ft.
This model has all the bedroom upstairs and the public space at the ground floor. The kitchen opens to the front porch and looks through the gather area to the rear yard. The dining, gathering and kitchen form a triangle and are very open to one another. The powder room is off the dedicated foyer.The master suite has a large bath and walk-in closet that could open into the adjacent flex space if it needed to be used as a baby's room. The two remaining bedrooms share a bath at the end of the hall with two lavatories and an enclosed wet area. The stacked washer/dryer is at the opposite end of the hall.
The Yorkshire - 2146 sq. ft.
Having won the award for charming, this home has the master suite at the first floor together with the public spaces. With the kitchen and dining at the rear of the house the gathering area is near the foyer. The powder room is set to the side of the foyer. The second floor provides a large flex space with a dormer and the two remaining bedrooms share a hall bath with two lavatories. The stacked washer/dryer is in a closet off the main hall.
The Concorde - 2235 sq. ft.
With large front and rear covered porches this basic "T" shaped plan provides for a flex space (possible office) just off the foyer. The remaining public spaces are in an "L" shape with the kitchen and dining towards the rear yard. The pantry, powder and larger utility room are near the center of the plan. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, a master bath with several windows and a sleeping area that has two doors separating it from the hallway. Bedrooms two and three have walk-in closets and share a good sized hall bath.

Being the largest of the models to date, this plan has four bedrooms plus a flex space. The master suite is downstairs with the public spaces and shares the large covered porch at the rear with the gathering space. The kitchen is at the center of the public space which puts the dining area at the front with a bay window and window seat. All the spaces are very open to one another. The second floor has an open flex space with closet, a bedroom suite, two additional bedrooms that share an oversized bath and a small utility room centered in the hallway run.
